At SimonMed Imaging, the Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading sales, marketing, and business development initiatives across assigned regions. This role builds strong relationships with physicians, medical groups, health systems, and payers while aligning internal resources to achieve growth, market share expansion, and patient access goals. This is a high-impact leadership role where strategy, relationship-building, and execution come together to directly influence patient volume and organizational growth. What You Bring Strategic sales leadership: You develop and execute regional sales strategies, set quotas, forecast volume, and drive performance across new and existing markets.
Relationship and partnership development:
You build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare executives, and key decision-makers to grow referral volume and strengthen partnerships.Market and competitive insight:
You analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and performance data to refine sales and marketing strategies.Team leadership and development:
You recruit, hire, train, and manage sales staff while setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and driving accountability.Cross-functional collaboration:

You're a Strong Fit If You Have Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or related field required Proven success in sales leadership, territory management, or regional account growth Experience working with physicians, health systems, or healthcare payer environments preferred Strong ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and performance targets Experience recruiting, training, and managing sales teams strongly preferred Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategy accordingly Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions and nationally as needed Work Environment & Physical Requirements Field-based role with frequent travel across assigned regions and national markets Regular meetings with physicians, health systems, and healthcare executives Combination of travel, onsite visits, and remote administrative work Extended periods of driving, flying, and standing during site and client visits Benefits Your health, happiness and future matters!
