Duties Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing outside sales and B2B (business-to-business) sales channels. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and customer service practices. Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support technical sales efforts. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and identify new business opportunities. Drive business development initiatives by identifying potential markets, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's footprint in existing sectors. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that promote long-term relationships. Monitor industry trends related to technology sales and incorporate innovative solutions into the sales process to stay ahead of competitors. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record in B2B sales environments. Demonstrated management skills with experience leading diverse sales teams. Expertise in marketing strategies that support technical and technology-driven sales initiatives. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysis, reporting, and pipeline management. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent business development capabilities. Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics for strategic planning.
