Marketing Partnerships Manager Guard Dog Security Sanford, FL Job Details Full-time 10 hours ago Qualifications Sourcing Influencer partnership campaigns YouTube Social media management Video marketing TikTok Facebook Content strategy Promotional video projects Instagram Full Job Description About the Role Guard Dog Security is looking for a Marketing Partnerships Manager to build and lead our creator, influencer, UGC, and ambassador strategy. This role is not just about posting content. We need someone who can source creators, build partnerships, direct short-form video, collect usable UGC, and connect social media activity to ecommerce growth across our website, Amazon, email, and retail channels. Required Experience 2+ years managing influencer, creator, ambassador, affiliate, or UGC campaigns. Experience sourcing, reaching out to, briefing, managing, and measuring creators. Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video strategy. Proven ability to connect social/content campaigns to traffic, leads, sales, or revenue. Experience working with ecommerce, DTC, consumer products, retail, or product-based brands preferred. Responsibilities Develop content strategies that drive qualified traffic, trust, and conversions to the company website. Build and manage influencer, ambassador, creator, and partnership programs that support website growth. Lead social media growth across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms. Plan and manage short-form video and UGC-style content for the website, TikTok, Amazon, social media, email, and other ecommerce channels. Create content briefs for influencers, ambassadors, internal teams, and creative partners. Work with the Ecommerce Manager to align social content, website campaigns, Amazon content, product launches, and promotional calendars. Track performance, including website traffic, engagement, content performance, influencer results, and sales impact. Build a repeatable system for influencer outreach, content planning, video production, UGC collection, campaign tracking, and reporting.
