We believe hard work should be highly rewarding! Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Canvassing Manager to lead our outside canvassing team. In this lucrative management career, your focus will be on team development and lead generation— no direct selling is required! Your primary objective is to build, lead, and optimize a team of door-to-door canvassers dedicated to scheduling in-home demonstrations with homeowners.

Key Responsibilities Recruit & Build:

Actively hire, onboard, and retain top-tier door-to-door canvassers.

Train & Develop:

Provide comprehensive training on successful canvassing techniques, objection handling, and lead generation for windows, doors, and roofing.

Manage & Motivate:

Oversee daily canvassing schedules, map out territories, and drive team energy to hit performance metrics.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor individual and team success, providing coaching and adjustments to ensure goals are consistently met.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum 2 years of door-to-door canvassing experience (Preferred).

Industry Knowledge:

Prior experience canvassing or selling in the window, door, or roofing industry is highly advantageous.

Leadership:

Proven experience in hiring, training, and managing canvassing or field marketing teams.

Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Demeanor:

Professional appearance, highly motivated, and target-driven.
