This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organized, sales-driven, and comfortable being accountable to results. We are looking for a leader who can coach the team, create structure, improve performance, and keep the spa running at a high standard. Responsibilities Drive membership sales, service upgrades, gift card sales, retail sales, and appointment growth Lead and coach the front desk team on sales, scripts, follow-up, and conversion Keep appointment books filled and reduce open spaces on the schedule Recruit, train, coach, and hold team members accountable Track daily and weekly KPIs, including membership conversion, average ticket, prebooking, retail, and service sales Manage daily spa operations, schedules, staffing, and service flow Maintain high standards for guest experience, cleanliness, organization, and brand standards Handle guest concerns professionally and quickly Lead team meetings, roleplay, and ongoing training Communicate regularly with ownership on goals, staffing, challenges, and opportunities Requirements 3+ years of sales experience required 3+ years of management experience required Spa, wellness, hospitality, fitness, retail, or membership-based business experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and follow-through skills Comfortable coaching sales teams and holding people accountable Must be available evenings, weekends, and key business holidays as needed Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Ideal Candidate You are a strong fit for this role if you are: Sales-driven and confident closing memberships, upgrades, retail, and gift cards Organized and consistent with follow-through Comfortable leading from the front, not sitting in an office Positive, professional, and guest-focused Able to coach the team while still holding clear standards Motivated by goals, numbers, and results Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Monthly performance bonus opportunities Employee discounts on services, retail, and gift cards Paid time off Health insurance eligibility Growth opportunity into multi-unit leadership for top performers Stable, repeat-client membership model About Us Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a membership-based wellness spa offering massage, facial, and spa services.
