Executive Director, Development COMPANY Largest Private Master Planned Community Developer
LOCATION
The Villages, FL
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Executive Director of Development will take ownership of long-term strategic planning and be a part of building the map of future phases to align with our client's strategic growth. This position is a link between high-level strategic development and daily operations to determine land allocation for future neighborhoods, analyze housing ratios and manage the end-to-end development lifecycle from land acquisition to the final hand-off to construction teams.
