Exempt The District Manager oversees daily route operations, delivery performance, customer service, and service team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service. The District Manager reports directly to the Service Manager.You Will:
Oversee the daily execution of delivery and service routes to ensure accurate and efficient customer service. Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution to maximize route productivity. Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members to drive performance and accountability. Ensure consistent customers service and respond to escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges. Promote and enforce all company safety policies, DOT regulations (if applicable), and operational procedures.What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in route operations, delivery management, transportation, service management, or logistics leadership. 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills. Valid driving license and a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety or other violations, and must be 21 years or older.Work Environment and Requirements:
- Operate vehicles on public roads, working in and out of customer locations, loading areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, Service Center or depot.
- Travel frequently within the branch area to customer sites
- Recognize colors, sizes and types of products and count, add, and subtract accurately.
