About the Role We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic cross-selling. This role combines business strategy with hands-on sales execution to expand market presence and profitability. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to generate new revenue across divisions Identify, pursue, and secure new clients Drive cross-selling of complementary services Partner with leadership to create offerings that boost customer retention and growth Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships Manage and track sales pipeline in CRM for accurate forecasting and reporting Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and other functions Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to guide growth strategic growth initiatives Report on performance, opportunities, and ROI Qualifications Proven success in business development, sales, or account management (service industry preferred) Strong understanding of B2B/B2C relationship management and consultative selling skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Your Impact You'll drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, strengthening relationships, expanding services, and elevating our brand presence.
