We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market share across Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Business Development Managers with Florida and/or Georgia Territory What You'll Do Develop and grow business within the multifamily housing industry.
Leverage existing industry relationships to generate immediate sales opportunities.
Build partnerships with apartment owners, management companies, developers, REITs, asset managers, and regional operators.
Identify, pursue, and secure capital improvement, renovation, restoration, and construction-related opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
Conduct client meetings, property visits, networking events, and industry association functions.
Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to prepare proposals and bids.
Develop strategic account plans to increase revenue and market penetration.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Proven success in business development, outside sales, account management, or territory management.
Established book of business within the multifamily industry.
Existing relationships with decision-makers in:
Conventional Multifamily
Student Housing
Affordable Housing
Senior Living
Build-to-Rent Communities
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience bidding on multifamily projects, renovations, or service contracts.
Previous experience selling construction, restoration, capital improvement, renovation, staffing, maintenance, supplier, or related services.
Active involvement in local apartment associations and industry groups. Compensation & Benefits Compensation $115,000 - $125,000 Base Salary
