Direct Hire position $52,000.00 to $55,000.00 /annually Full Time work available Salaried Prospect and secure new client partnerships within an assigned territory. Spend 60-75% of time in the field prospecting and meeting decision-makers in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and light-industrial businesses. Build pipeline through cold calls, field visits, networking, referrals, email, and other outbound methods. Conduct discovery meetings to identify workforce needs and present staffing solutions. Manage territory strategy, sales activity, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
Business Development Manager Qualifications:
Outside B2B, business development, or territory sales experience with proven new-business success. Strong hunter mentality and confidence with cold calling and in-person prospecting. Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Computer proficiency. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
