3 College Park, GA Job Details 1 hour ago Qualifications Stakeholder engagement Microsoft Excel Client relationship development Bachelor's degree Productivity software Cross-functional communication Stakeholder management Full Job Description Key Responsibilities Project & Process Management Oversee and track all business development projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables. Lead RFP update meetings, maintain project checklists, and send reminders to team members regarding deadlines and deliverables. Manage the preparation of RFP submissions, including budget-to-actuals tracking and coordination of proposal components. Brand & Concept Development Conduct research on brands and concepts; recommend new opportunities for active RFPs and the company's portfolio. Maintain and update the company's brand list. Manage brand introductions, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling. Partnership & Relationship Management Assist in building and maintaining relationships with brands, airport concessions teams, developers, and ACDBE partners; maintain updated contact lists. Prepare and distribute LOIs and NDAs to brands, partners, and legal teams for execution. Proposal & Submission Coordination Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to develop complete proposal packages for airport authorities and developers. Coordinate with graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-quality submissions. Help lead both the internal and external marketing teams. Industry Engagement & Opportunity Tracking Attend airport outreach meetings to understand processes, network, and follow up on resulting opportunities. Participate in industry conferences to stay informed about trends and business development activities. Complete registrations and sponsorships for airport opportunities and industry events. Maintain airport, brand, and partner/ACDBE contact lists for upcoming opportunities. Representing the company at industry events and community engagement.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in business development, project management, or a related discipline Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
Experience in airport concessions, hospitality, retail development, or related industries Familiarity with RFP processes and proposal development Experience working with ACDBE partners or public‑sector procurement environments
Language Skills:
Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence. Create correspondence and memos; ability to interpret documents. Ability to effectively communicate information individually and in group situations to customers, co-workers and staff. Must be approachable and effective with communicating with all levels in the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply reasonable understanding in carrying out instructions in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Data entry skills with accuracy. Exceptional project management skills. Excellent organizational and record keeping skills. Attention to detail. Strong service orientation.
