Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Area Director of Sales to drive sales strategies, optimize revenue, and build lasting client relationships across multiple locations. In this role, you will be responsible for exceeding sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring that sales efforts align with our mission to elevate relationships, reputation, and returns in the hospitality industry. Compensation:
$75,000 ++ bonus & benefits
Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads across all market segments and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Represent our brand at industry events to expand business opportunities and brand visibility. Coordinate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with hotel operations and marketing. Monitor account performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and sales data. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with hotel operations and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary for business. 3+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
