Job Description

Position Overview The primary goal is to grow catering sales by building local relationships while ensuring every off-site event or delivery is executed flawlessly. You will serve as the bridge between the kitchen and the client, managing everything from the initial sales call to the final cleanup.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Local Marketing:
Proactive Outreach:
Build the catering business by visiting local businesses, schools, and community organizations (door-to-door) to establish long-term partnerships.
Relationship Management:
Maintain a client database and perform, sales calls, tastings, follow-up calls, emails or send thank-you notes to retain existing customers.
Operational Execution:
take and input orders into CRM, deliveries and local store marketing
Logistics:
Manage the catering calendar, coordinate delivery drivers, and ensure all equipment (linens, warmers, etc.) is staged for transport.
On-Site Management:
Lead event setups, supervise service quality, and handle on-the-fly troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.
Financials:
Accurately process payments, manage catering budgets, and provide sales reports to leadership.
Team Leadership:
Hire, train, and schedule catering-specific staff to maintain consistency in food portioning and quality.
Preferred Qualifications Experience:
1+ years in catering operations or high-volume restaurant management.
Multi-tasker Skills:
Strong customer service mindset, excellent time management, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs (equipment and food bulk).
Pay:
$1.00 per hour
