This role blends relationship-based business development with disciplined market research, strategic planning, and team leadership. What You Bring to the Table Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals, target markets, and geographic priorities. Monitor the competitive landscape and understand competitor positioning and pursuit behavior. Lead and implement the company's Front Game strategy by identifying key relationships, mapping stakeholders, and planning intentional engagement. Ensure accurate and consistent use of the company's CRM system to track: Client relationships and contacts, Market activity and intelligence, Opportunities, pursuits, and outcomes, Front Game engagement efforts.

Experience:

8-12+ years of experience in construction business development, operations, or preconstruction. Proven Tenure within Atlanta, GA.
