Sales & Marketing Director Charter Senior Living of Southern Pines -
Thomasville, GA Pay:
$50,000 - $60,000/year + Bonus Potential Drive Occupancy. Build Relationships. Make an Impact. We're looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Director with senior living experience who knows how to turn leads into move-ins and relationships into long-term trust. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment , understands the urgency of occupancy goals , and can independently manage a full sales funnel from inquiry to move-in . What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities) Drive occupancy growth through proactive sales and outreach strategies Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation → tours → follow-up → move-in Conduct professional, high-converting tours for prospects and families Build and maintain referral partnerships (hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, community groups) Execute local marketing initiatives and events to generate qualified leads Maintain consistent follow-up cadence using CRM/ATS systems Collaborate with the Executive Director to meet and exceed census goals Track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, and pipeline health Represent the community with professionalism, urgency, and compassion What We're Looking For Prior senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales experience (preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/occupancy goals Strong closing skills and follow-up discipline Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working both in the community and out in the market
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$50,000 - $60,000/year
