In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a knack for cold calling, and the ability to manage accounts effectively while driving sales growth in their designated territory. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within your territory. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services while effectively communicating value propositions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and account management practices. Identify market trends and customer needs to provide insightful feedback for product development and marketing strategies. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop promotional strategies that enhance market presence. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other promotional activities to represent the company and generate leads. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred; experience in technical sales or retail sales is a plus. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage accounts effectively while demonstrating strong territory management skills. Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals successfully. Familiarity with market analysis techniques to identify potential opportunities for growth. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
