One morning you might be meeting with a major corporate client. That afternoon you could be touring a hotel with a prospective group, attending a Chamber event, or negotiating a new corporate partnership. You'll be responsible for: Developing new business throughout the market Prospecting and generating new leads Conducting outside sales appointments and presentations Growing existing client relationships Negotiating corporate and group agreements Networking within the community and industry Partnering with hotel leadership to maximize revenue across multiple hotels Managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce This role is built for someone who enjoys being out in the community and making connections every day. Who We're Looking For You don't necessarily need years of hotel experience. We're looking for someone who loves to sell. QualificationsRequired Two or more years of sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Hotel or hospitality sales experience Salesforce, Cvent, or MeetingBroker experience Experience working with Hilton and IHG Existing business relationships within the market About the Role This is a field-based sales position where you'll spend approximately 60% of your time meeting with clients, networking, conducting site visits, and developing new business throughout the market.
