Realistic First-Year Earnings:
$85,000-$200,000+ We're offering the opportunity to learn an entire business from the ground up and eventually run & own your own Sparq Lighting branch. This is not a corporate role - We are not looking for an order-taker. We are looking for a sales leader and an entrepreneur. This is for someone who wants real ownership. If you are a proven sales operator who knows how to drive revenue, improve close rates, enforce CRM discipline, and build a winning sales culture — keep reading. What You'll Do Sales and Marketing at our local level Learn the ins and outs of the lighting industry we're in Prove you can drive sales and revenue through inbound and outbound sales Marketing to increase lead flow Help build out sales programs to use in your new location You will not be micromanaged. You will be measured. What Success Looks Like Increased sales revenue Higher close percentages Better follow-up consistency Cleaner CRM data and pipeline management Strong team accountability Improved profitability and margins A scalable sales process that supports company growth New or improved marketing performance channels This is a potential partnership. You are here to learn. You're here to produce. Compensation 1 month paid trial discovering the business Then $40,000 base salary + large commissions. Projected $85,000 - $200,000+ overall compensation. Performering in this role should expect to earn well into six figures.
