Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will develop strategic sales plans, foster strong customer relationships, and oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence. Your leadership will inspire team members, optimize sales performance, and elevate the customer experience across all retail channels. Position Overview The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role focuses on developing people, creating accountability, improving sales performance, and maintaining a positive, professional culture. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives. Provide ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and performance reviews. Hold team members accountable to company standards, goals, and sales processes. Monitor lead management, follow-up activity, closing ratios, and overall team performance. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and role-playing exercises. Help resolve customer concerns and support the sales team when needed. Improve systems, processes, and reporting to increase efficiency and consistency. Ideal Candidate Strong leader with excellent communication skills. Passionate about developing and mentoring others.
