Job Description

Cardinal Contractors is seeking a driven Sales person or Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and close deals. Manage and close leads provided by the office. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Demonstrate leadership and sales capabilities

Requirements:

drivers license required / plus three years driving experience Strong closing ability and a proactive approach. Ability to bring in your own leads while working with office leads. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation:

W-2 position High commissions structure on all sales. Opportunity for promotion to Sales Manager after the 60-day probationary period, with additional responsibilities and earning potential. Future Opportunities for
