Clients use Biome to strengthen documentation, enhance accreditation readiness, track key metrics such as length of stay and readmissions, and understand margins and cost of care by procedure and population. With AI-powered tools and expert guidance, Biome supports teams in making faster decisions and achieving sustainable performance improvement in heart care. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role with the preferred locations in the Upper Midwest or East. This role will target, qualify, and close new 6 figure or greater business opportunities with clinical and administrative cardiovascular service line leaders and executives at hospitals and health systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting supporting sales outreach and lead generation activities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, and delivering solution oriented and targeted presentations and product demonstrations. The role will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and client success teams to refine messaging, support sales campaigns, and ensure a smooth handoff from initial engagement to contract execution. This position also involves tracking pipeline activity, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform strategy. Qualifications Candidates should have a network of contacts in larger US Health Systems and demontrarted success selling healthcare analytics, AI, workflow software solutions to Candidate should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret healthcare and business data to inform sales strategies. Candidates should possess Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and managing a sales pipeline. Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities to identify target segments, understand competitive landscapes, and refine outreach approaches. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, understanding client needs, and supporting long-term relationships. Familiarity with hospital or health system operations, especially cardiovascular service lines, is a plus. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting is preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
