Position Summary As a Senior Manager, Implementation Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for CVS Caremark's most complex and strategic clients during onboarding and implementation. You'll own end-to-end accountability for delivering high-impact projects-establishing and managing critical client relationships, developing and executing detailed project plans, and driving milestones to completion seamlessly. Your role includes proactive risk assessment and mitigation, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes through effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You are accountable for innovating new ways to streamline processes and improve outcomes-constantly seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency, elevate client experience, and deliver measurable results. By modeling a growth mindset, championing continuous learning and mentoring peers, you empower others to deliver results, adapt to change, and consistently raise the bar for performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with new clients to understand their unique needs, requirements, and expectations for a successful implementation.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and key milestones while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues efficiently, and provide consistent project status updates to clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications Required Qualifications 5+ years of client relationship management experience, with proven client implementation and project management experience, within a healthcare/ PBM , account services, customer service, non-IT client implementations, or related industry 7 + years of relevant work experience Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required
