Position:
Manager in Training (MIT) This is an exciting leadership development opportunity designed for driven professionals who want to grow into management roles within our sales organization. As an MIT, you ll: Develop innovative strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals Build meaningful, lasting customer relationships Gain hands-on leadership and management experience Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team What You ll Do Customer & Sales Leadership Build strong relationships with Store Managers and key accounts Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor accounts Maintain and grow existing customer relationships Negotiate pricing and prepare sales agreements Ensure accounts align with company policies and standards Team Collaboration Work cross-functionally with various departments Represent Pepsi MidAmerica in a positive and professional manner Maintain strong relationships with coworkers and customers Management Development Manage multiple projects and priorities Analyze situations and solve problems effectively Participate in regular training and leadership development Support personnel evaluation and development What You Bring 2+ years of management experience required Bachelor s Degree preferred (4+ years of management experience may substitute for degree) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in building and maintaining customer relationships Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, research, reporting) Physical stamina for travel and being on your feet
Pay Range:
