  • Your role and responsibilities
  • As a Business Development Leader for our Salesforce practice, you will drive growth by identifying and developing new opportunities that help clients transform their customer engagement capabilities.
You will partner with Salesforce, ecosystem partners, and IBM client leaders to understand client needs, shape solutions, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle. You will build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help bring strategic opportunities to closure.

This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
  • Required technical and professional expertise
  • Proven experience selling enterprise professional services, with a track record of developing and closing new business.
  • Ability to independently identify target accounts, develop opportunities, progress prospects through qualification, and close deals.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including its solutions, partners, and market landscape.
  • Experience with GTM strategy, enterprise sales, and client relationship development within technology or professional services.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders and understand their business needs.
