We are looking for a professional with proven experience in Healthcare Business Development, Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Healthcare Services, and U.S. Client Acquisition . The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete business development cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, cold outreach, client meetings, sales presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, contract closing, and coordination of client onboarding . Key Responsibilities ✔ Generate and qualify new business opportunities within the U.S. healthcare market ✔ Develop relationships with physicians, clinics, medical practices, and healthcare organizations ✔ Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities ✔ Identify and communicate with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals ✔ Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and sales presentations ✔ Present Healthcare, Medical Billing, and RCM services professionally ✔ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions ✔ Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and service agreements ✔ Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business ✔ Manage and maintain the complete sales pipeline ✔ Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules ✔ Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding ✔ Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships ✔ Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets ✔ Prepare regular sales activity, pipeline, and performance reports Required Experience Minimum 3-5 years of Business Development, B2B Sales, or Client Acquisition experience At least 2-3 years of experience in Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, Healthcare Services, or U.S. Healthcare Sales Proven experience acquiring and closing U.S.-based clients is highly preferred Strong understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and business development Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities Experience working with CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines Self-motivated and able to work independently in a target-driven environment Preferred Knowledge Medical Billing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Accounts Receivable (AR) Management Denial Management Credentialing and Provider Enrollment Insurance Claims and Payment Posting Eligibility and Benefits Verification CPT and ICD Coding U.S.
