This position is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys process improvement, cross-functional partnership, and helping drive efficient, accurate sales support. Responsibilities Coordinate daily sales administration activities to support smooth operations and business goals. Plan and prioritize workload to help meet service expectations and optimize team efficiency. Review complex sales transactions and orders to support accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and increase operational effectiveness. Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics to align support activities with business needs. Analyze sales data, trends, and operational metrics to help inform decision-making. Provide guidance and support to sales administration personnel and key stakeholders as needed. Maintain consistent, timely, and accurate reporting and sales operations processes. Skills 7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, business analysis, or a related field. Experience supporting a sales organization in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong ability to manage complex workflows and balance competing priorities. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication skills. Experience with order management, business analysis, and sales reporting. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project coordination abilities. Preferred Skills Experience in a large corporate environment, especially within healthcare or life sciences. Knowledge of sales processes as they relate to supply chain, logistics, and finance. Background leading small projects or mentoring team members. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or sales management systems. Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience considered.
