From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Paul Davis franchise professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years.
Position:
Business Development Manager Hours/Week:
Full-time, 40+ hours
Compensation:
Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission Medical, dental and vision coverage offered 401(k) with company match PTO, sick days and paid holidays

To increase awareness of the Paul Davis brand To promote the services of Paul Davis To build industry relationships
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP) Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager Attend business networking functions to promote the business Coordinate and manage community and charitable events Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on as needed basis

Qualifications:
