Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Sales Manager . The right candidate is responsible for leading and managing the division sales team to achieve sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction objectives. This position oversees sales operations, coaching, training, performance management, and execution of sales strategies across assigned communities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Direct the daily activities of Sales Representatives and other sales personnel to achieve established sales, revenue, traffic conversion, and closing objectives Monitor community sales performance, market conditions, competitive activity, inventory levels, and sales trends to identify opportunities and recommend corrective actions Coach and develop sales personnel through training, performance evaluations, field observations, and ongoing professional development initiatives to improve individual and team results Implement sales strategies, promotions, incentive programs, and pricing initiatives designed to maximize sales, profitability, and market share Evaluate sales metrics, customer traffic, lead conversion rates, contract activity, cancellations, and closing performance to ensure achievement of divisional goals Collaborate with Marketing and Online Sales teams to support lead generation efforts, community launches, product positioning, and advertising campaigns Partner with Construction, Mortgage, Title, and Customer Service teams to facilitate a seamless homebuyer experience from contract execution through closing Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing requirements, real estate regulations, sales procedures, and documentation standards throughout the sales process Participate in the recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and succession planning activities for sales personnel within the division Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Ability to travel overnight Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises 2 or more employees Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of residential homebuilding sales experience Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a sales environment Experience managing sales performance metrics, forecasting, and employee development Valid driver's license and ability to travel between communities as needed Strong computer skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision The noise level is generally moderate Preferred Qualifications Experience within a homebuilding organization preferred Knowledge of mortgage financing, title operations, and residential construction processes Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company! Benefits Salary Range:
