Regional Director of Business Development

Regional Director of Business Development ALIYA Healthcare is seeking a results-driven Regional Director of Business Development to lead census growth and referral development across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This role is ideal for a proven leader with strong SNF experience and an established background as a hospital liaison, with the ability to build and maintain key referral relationships.

Responsibilities:

Drive census growth and occupancy across assigned facilities Develop and execute regional business development strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and referral sources Oversee and support facility-level liaisons and admissions teams Identify new referral opportunities and strategic partnerships within the market Monitor referral trends, conversion rates, and competitive market activity Collaborate with Administrators and clinical teams to align admissions with facility capabilities Ensure timely follow-up on all referrals and lead conversion efforts Conduct regular facility visits and provide coaching to admissions and marketing staff Represent the organization at hospital meetings, community events, and networking opportunities Track and report census goals, outreach activity, and performance metrics
