The District Manager oversees multiple locations within St. Louis, MO, Joplin, MO, St. Peters, MO, Fairview Heights, IL, Minot, ND , and Bismarck, ND. They are responsible for operational excellence, hiring and coaching managers, analyzing financial performance, implementing company policies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role requires traveling between sites, solving operational challenges, and meeting budgetary goals.
