Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth across our retail operations. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, foster a high-performance environment, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will inspire team members to achieve their full potential while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail automotive sales, possesses strong management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where motivation and teamwork are key. Duties Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and performance management. Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals, including promotional campaigns and merchandising plans. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and retail management systems to ensure smooth transactions. Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, training & development sessions to build a skilled and knowledgeable team. Manage customer relationships by delivering outstanding service, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with company policies on safety, security protocols, and employee conduct while fostering a positive team environment. Experience Must have automotive sales experience. Proven experience in automotive sales management or assistant manager roles. Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively and driving sales growth. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers across diverse backgrounds; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of purchasing processes, pricing strategies, marketing tactics, and retail math for accurate financial planning. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through excellent organizational skills and time management.
Pay:
$78,331.88 - $150,000.00 per year
