Job Overview:
RestoPros of Fort Wayne (based in Angola) is looking for a driven, dynamic, and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in our region. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll be on the front lines building strong partnerships, expanding our referral network, and generating a consistent pipeline of mitigation and restoration projects. You'll have the autonomy to make an immediate impact while leveraging the full support of an established, growing company.

Responsibilities:
Drive new business development by cultivating relationships with strategic referral partners. Consistently hit or exceed sales goals by leveraging your relationship-building and closing skills. Build and manage a strong pipeline of mitigation and restoration leads through face-to-face meetings, networking events, and consistent outreach. Partner closely with property managers, plumbers, contractors, real estate agents, and insurance professionals to secure recurring referral opportunities. Collaborate with leadership to develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
What We're Looking For:
Proven B2B sales success, ideally in restoration, construction, insurance, or related industries. A hunter mentality with the ability to identify opportunities, build rapport quickly, and close deals. Exceptional communication and networking skills — you thrive in face-to-face interactions. Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with company objectives. Valid driver's license — local travel is required.
