The following provides an overview of the basic responsibilities of a District Manager however, with each certification you will be qualified and expected to provide additional leadership in one or more additional areas (Open/Close, Kitchen and/or Customer Service). You may be responsible for overall effectiveness. As needed, you may be assigned other managerial and supervisory responsibilities, including performing as the Ops Leader. See certification position descriptions below.
Oversees daily operations across multiple restaurant locations. Ensures each location meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Develops strategies for sales growth and profitability enhancement. Manages staff, conducts performance evaluations, and recruits new team members, managers and above strore leaders Monitors compliance with company policies and maintains brand standards.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
but are not limited to - Supervise and provide leadership to a team of store managers and employees within the district Monitor and analyze store performance, including profit loss, sales, and expenses Implement strategies to improve store operations, customer service, and overall profitability Develop and execute business plans for the district to drive growth and achieve sales targets Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency Lead and support new store openings, renovations, and other special projects within the district Education / Experience Proven experience in a similar role, such as District Manager or Regional Manager Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets Proficient in project management principles and practices Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work, concentrate and perform duties accurately in a fast paced environment that may involve noise and hot/cold temperatures or other elements. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. Position requires the use of a headset. Frequent lifting and carrying (up to 25-50 pounds, as necessary), reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling and stooping is involved. Must be available to report for work promptly and regularly, as well as work all day parts and days of the week. May be required to transfer from one location to another and must have the ability to travel to other Area offices as business needs dictate.
