RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborates with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs. Sets performance goals and deadlines. Plans construction processes. Ensures that daily reports are fi lled out daily. Estimates costs and ensure the project is on budget. Supervises staff and provides constructive feedback. Monitors and reports on project progress. Plans inspections and obtains construction permits from local authorities. Implements safety and quality guidelines. Orders the appropriate equipment and arranges for regular maintenance. Ensures the job site remains safe, clean, and ordered. Resolves on-site issues and emergencies. + Qualifications

EDUCATION

Required High school diploma or equivalent (such as GED or HSED) Preferred Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fi eld

WORK EXPERIENCE

Required 3 years of being in a Building Superintendent role

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES

Required Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by Goodman upon date of hire SKILLS Required Proficient communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent leadership and team management abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents In depth understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
