Job Description
The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading all of our branch teams to operational and sales success. This position will require travel more than 50% of your time and will be home-based at our Jeffersonville, IN corporate office. In this role you will report directly to the CEO and have a large impact on our business overall. Competencies and Essential Functions Monitor KPIs and implement measures and practices for improved performance Communicate regularly with the CEO Oversee the existing Branch Manager's performance to ensure we are providing the best leadership and customer experience in each location, including operational coaching and mentorship Oversee regional development and growth Develop and execute company initiatives and improvements in collaboration with senior leadership Responsible for the growth of the business and maintaining customers in all branch locations Ensure efficient operations in order to maximize revenue and control costs while maintaining an excellent quality of work and exemplary customer service Ensure overall compliance with corporate policies and procedures Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Necessary Experience Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in the Pest Control Industry Minimum of 3 years of experience in an upper-level leadership capacity Proven track record of leading, inspiring, and causing lasting positive change in an organization Adept written and verbal communication skills Positive, optimistic, and energetic attitude Ability to multi-task with solid time management skills Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Maturity, Emotional Intelligence, and ability to own projects and tasks that are delegated to them Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment, and deal with stressful situations effectively Must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record Experience managing P&Ls, a business budget, and expenses Benefits & Perks Immediate paid time off + paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k with a company matching program Company phone Take home vehicle
