We work directly for policyholders to maximize claim outcomes and deliver best-in-class results on complex insurance claims. Our team handles major fire, water, storm, and structural losses with a strong focus on large-loss claims, client advocacy, and full claim resolution. We are building something big. And we need killers to help us do it. This Is What We're Looking For Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative Excellent communication skills Proven sales success Strong leadership ability Elite follow-up discipline We don't hire backgrounds—we hire top producers Experience in insurance claims, restoration, public adjusting, legal intake, roofing sales, or high-ticket service sales is a HUGE plus—but not essential.
