Door-to-Door Sales Manager - Commission Based (Fiber Internet & Energy Programs)

Commission Only We are hiring a Door-to-Door Sales Manager to lead and produce in the field. This role is 100% door-to-door sales . You will be personally selling and managing a team of 8-10 sales agents selling fiber internet and energy choice programs . What you'll do Personally sell door-to-door Manage and coach a team of 8-10 sales reps Track team performance and help close deals Lead by example in the field Requirements Comfortable with door-to-door sales Ability to lead and manage a sales team Self-motivated and performance driven Compensation Commission-based with leadership overrides. Average managers earn $125,000 - $150,000 per year with room for growth.
