Job Description
Sales Operations Manager About Inked Brands Inked Brands is a fast-growing, technology-driven company built around one simple idea: turning passion into product. We partner with creators, entrepreneurs, and innovators to bring their brands to life through full-service e-commerce, design, production, and fulfillment. With an expansion underway and a brand-new headquarters on the horizon, we're doubling our space, growing our team, and continuing to push the limits of what's possible in creator commerce, wholesale distributing, and mass retail partnerships. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive and manage the sales process- actively engage sales opportunities, identify customer solutions, close, and follow-up.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE
Post-secondary degree preferred but not required Experience in the gift industry and/or with rep groups is a plus Enthusiasm for thoughtful design and products Comfortable using ERP software such as NetSuite and/or Brandwise/MarketTime to manage sales Sales Skills- Proven talent for sales, with a track record of exceeding goals Organizational Skills
- Demonstrates strong organization, prioritizing and managing conflicting demands to meet deadlines. Project Management
- Manage competing demands with ease, bouncing between priorities. Anticipate implications of deviation from schedule and problem solve, communicate, etc. Communication
- Self-confident with superb interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in the English language.
