Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Low Voltage Sales/Manager to lead our specialized sales efforts in the low voltage systems sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and expand our business by developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, and delivering tailored solutions. As a key player in our team, you will combine your expertise in sales, management, and technology to drive growth, oversee account management, and foster long-term customer partnerships. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will be essential in capturing new business opportunities and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry. Responsibilities Lead outside sales initiatives by actively pursuing new business opportunities within the low voltage systems market. Manage existing client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote low voltage solutions, including networking with industry professionals and attending trade events. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress effectively. Conduct technical sales presentations, demonstrating product features and benefits tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong relationships. Collaborate with engineering, project management, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer support. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, particularly within B2B environments focused on technology or low voltage systems. Strong management skills with the ability to lead a sales team or coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Expertise in business development strategies that expand market reach and increase revenue streams. Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis. Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-centric approach to service delivery. Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
