Join our clients dynamic team as a Business Development & Customer Relationship Manager, where youll play a pivotal role in driving growth within the aerospace, aviation, defense, and advanced composites industries. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional seeking to advance their career by engaging with renowned OEMs, Tier suppliers, and emerging aerospace platforms. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding strategic customer relationships and positioning our clients innovative composite solutions in the market. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across general aviation, commercial aviation, defense, UAV, and advanced air mobility markets. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue, margin, and pipeline targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with aerospace OEMs, Tier suppliers, and strategic partners. Manage the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure. Promote advanced composite solutions, including carbon fiber, fiberglass, and structural components. Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with company capabilities. Lead technical discussions with customers regarding material selection and application development. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging composite technologies. Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or technical sales within aerospace, aviation, defense, composites, or industrial manufacturing. Proven track record of developing new accounts and closing technical product opportunities. Strong knowledge of aerospace composite materials and manufacturing processes. Experience working with aerospace OEMs and Tier suppliers. Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, sales forecasting, and business reporting. Willingness to travel for professional engagements.
