Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager in SLC or Detroit. This role is centered on creating new commercial opportunities, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and advancing enterprise-level sales efforts that support revenue and margin goals. You will partner with technical, geoscience, and operations teams to shape solutions that are both commercially effective and technically credible.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a regional business development strategy that supports growth objectives, market penetration, and annual commercial targets.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting new clients, qualifying opportunities, and guiding deals through the full enterprise sales cycle.
  • Develop strong relationships with mining and drilling stakeholders, positioning the company as a trusted partner for long-term collaboration.
  • Analyze market activity, customer needs, and competitive trends to refine account strategies and improve solution positioning.
  • Lead commercial discussions, presentations, and negotiations to secure profitable agreements and expand regional market share.
  • Work closely with geoscience, technical, and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements and delivery capabilities.
  • Track sales performance through defined metrics, providing accurate forecasts and updates on pipeline health, revenue outlook, and key opportunities.
  • Represent the business in the region by promoting service offerings, identifying partnership opportunities, and increasing visibility within the industry.
