Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to manage growth initiatives and expand our market presence. In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. Responsibilities Perform all baseline client relations duties, including routine communications, reporting, and meetings and handle resolution of client service problems in a professional manner Develop and maintain a network of customer contacts across various industrial sectors and geographical locations throughout Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama Conduct initial assessments of potential opportunities to determine suitability for further development Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports, including pipeline status, forecasts, and competitive insights Present and make recommendations to senior management for business opportunities identified Participate in the negotiations of various agreements with potential customers Leverage technical and sales expertise to represent the company for opportunities Ensure that throughout the project development process, a high level of communication is maintained with both internal and external collaborators Manage interaction with internal cross function groups including projects, safety, etc. ensuring collaboration and partnership when necessary Work with limited supervision to achieve broadly defined goals and objectives Education / Experience / Background Requirements High School Diploma / GED required Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of proven success in sales within industrial, construction, or environmental sectors Background in equipment rental or water treatment businesses strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong presentation and reporting skills
