Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join a growing, reputable restoration company. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a background in restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or construction services who is looking to make an impact and grow with a successful organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualified candidates will be contacted promptly, as this position is an immediate hiring need. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management Experience within the restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or construction industry preferred High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus Familiarity with Xactimate, DASH, and/or MICA software preferred IICRC certifications (Water, Fire, Mold, etc.) are highly valued Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic solutions Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability and willingness to travel as needed Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and residential clients Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market outreach Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success Identify market trends and create strategies to expand company presence Represent the company at industry events and networking functions Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals If you're ready to take the next step in your career with a respected restoration company that values quality, professionalism, and growth, we'd love to speak with you.
