As an Associate Director of Sales (ADOS), you support the Sales & Marketing team in driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless move-in experience for new residents.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system
- Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations
- Assist in setting and tracking sales goals
- Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files
- Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership
- Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets
- Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist
- Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day
- Support on-site sales and marketing events
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families You play a key role in guiding families through the decision process and creating a positive first impression of the community.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year sales support or customer service experience
- Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented and service-focused
