Sales Manager - Weddings & Events | South of Boston Be the first step in someone's most meaningful celebration. At Saphire Event Group, every event begins with a conversation. Our Sales Managers are often the first people couples and event hosts meet, and the role they play in shaping that experience is essential. From first inquiry to signed contract, you will guide clients through discovering our venues, imagining their event in the space, and feeling confident they have found the right place to celebrate. We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Sales Manager who enjoys both the strategy and the human side of sales. In this role you will manage an active pipeline, lead engaging venue tours, develop customized proposals, and confidently present pricing and packages.   • Play a direct role in driving bookings and unforgettable events What You'll Do Guide the Sales Journey
  • Respond promptly to new client inquiries
  • Convert inquiries into scheduled venue tours
  • Lead engaging, personalized venue tours
  • Maintain thoughtful, consistent follow-up
  • Track all client interactions in the CRM
  • Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline Drive Bookings and Revenue
  • Develop customized proposals aligned with client vision and company standards
  • Present pricing, packages, and minimums clearly and confidently
  • Guide conversations around options and budgets
  • Secure signed contracts, deposits, and payment schedules
  • Identify opportunities to enhance booking value
  • Meet or exceed monthly booking and revenue goals Deliver Exceptional Client Experience
  • Provide a welcoming and seamless experience from inquiry through booking
  • Build trust and excitement throughout the sales process
  • Address questions and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to the Event Production team Collaborate with the Team
  • Share weekly updates on tours, bookings, and revenue activity
  • Participate in tastings, open houses, and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Leadership teams

  • Comfortable discussing pricing and guiding client decisions

  • Experience in hospitality, weddings, or event sales preferred
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Weekends Pay:
$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
