24 Tabor Crossing Longmeadow, MA 01106 Summary Glenmeadow is seeking a passionate Vice President for Sales and Marketing. The Vice President for Sales and Marketing is responsible for leading, developing, and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth and brand awareness. The VP oversees all aspects of sales, business development, marketing strategy, and customer engagement to ensure revenue and occupancy are met or exceeded. In addition, the VP will lead efforts to enhance Glenmeadow's visibility locally and expand brand awareness to new geographic regions. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the VP contributes to the overall leadership and direction of Glenmeadow, working as a key partner with the President and CEO to align objectives and optimize operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan planning model that furthers Glenmeadow's mission, values, and brand based on internal and external needs assessment and regular environmental scanning. Maintain and/or improve community occupancy levels and home health care services hours and revenue production in accordance with business and marketing plans. Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales to meet or exceed occupancy, revenue quotas, and goals. Collaborate across departments to brand and promote Glenmeadow across multiple platforms. Creates unified messaging that leverages all media for reputation building and revenue generation. Directs the creation, production, and distribution of all marketing materials such as press releases, newsletters, and publications (print and digital) and ensures the consistent use of all print and electronic branding assets such as letterhead and logos. Updates style guide as needed. Plans and executes the annual Age of Excellence Awards. Investigates, researches, and pursues program partnerships and strategic alliances that will grow Glenmeadow's brand and avenues of support. Work with the Board of Directors Development and Marketing Committee to review, monitor and assess programs, and identify meaningful ways for Board members to participate in revenue-generating activities. Strategically selects sponsorship opportunities and community outreach events that elevate Glenmeadow's profile and brand awareness. Confers with other departments to outline marketing, sales, and communication campaigns using a variety of media, i.e., print, digital, and social media. Manages the development and production of marketing materials and Glenmeadow-branded merchandise. Directs research to gather information and compile data and analytics pertinent to planning and execution of marketing campaigns. Drafts, reviews, and approves communications and marketing materials (internal and external) before release. Accurately maintains the Customer Relationship Management database by collecting and entering information about new inquiries, tracking inquiries through the sales process, and creating prompt, creative, and personal next steps after each interaction. Maintains dashboard of move in/move out data. Monitors and analyzes sales results to determine cost effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepares periodic reports showing sales, potential sales, occupancy, and areas of proposed occupancy expansion. Additional Duties and Responsibilities Supervise the sales and marketing staff. Prepare budgets and effectively manage financial, staff, and personal resources to achieve these goals and objectives. Increase community awareness of Glenmeadow through participation in outside events, professional organizations, and local community organizations, seeking to build strategic relationships to contribute to goal attainment. Monitors the external environment and identifies opportunities to fulfill Glenmeadow's goals, mission, and objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field At least five years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience to increase revenue through relationship-based and data-informed processes A self-starter with well-developed organizational, time/project management skills who can manage multiple tasks Interest in contributing to Glenmeadow's Kindness First, Growth Always Culture. An entrepreneurial and creative mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience in senior living and/or aging services, especially in the nonprofit sector Experience with customer relations management systems and using analytics to advance results Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and community partners Highly developed written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to build positive relationships quickly, effectively lead by example and influence, and manage and develop staff Excellent facilitation, presentation and public speaking skills
