Sales Manager

An established factory‑authorized import franchise dealership is looking to add a qualified Automotive Sales Manager to our team. This position demands a high‑energy professional with experience creating a positive sales environment while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the dealership's customer loan origination and approval process by maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders Maintain proficiency in inventory management Determine customers' finance and payment needs Motivate and train staff while adhering to high ethical standards and maintaining gross profit and Customer Service Index (CSI) Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products Achieve monthly forecasted income and product penetration goals Work closely with the service department to keep all pre‑owned inventory marketable Follow up on sales leads by effectively supporting sales consultants and assisting with deal closures
