  • $75,000 depending on experience Uncapped, performance-based bonus tied to new business development On-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $75,000
  • $110,000+ in the first year, with higher earning potential as the territory grows Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan with eligibility after applicable waiting period Paid time off including vacation, sick time, and company holidays Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate Growth Opportunity This role offers meaningful growth potential for the right person.
As a locally owned and operated office, we value initiative, leadership, and long-term commitment—creating opportunities to expand your responsibilities, influence, and impact over time. To Apply Send your resume and a short note about why this role interests you. If you'd like, share an example of a time you turned a "no" into a "yes"—we value persistence, creativity, and follow-through.
