Sales Manager PINCH has been part of downtown Northampton since 1979

We\'re looking for a Sales Manager to lead the heart of our shop
• the floor, the customer experience, and the team that makes it all happen day to day. What you\'ll own: Welcoming customers and driving sales with genuine, thoughtful service Leading and developing a small team
• scheduling, training, and hiring Keeping the shop looking its best: restocking, organizing, visual merchandising Receiving new product and keeping inventory organized Processing & shipping online orders Maintaining a clean, inviting space Who you are: You love people and you\'re genuinely good with them. You\'re organized and self-directed, you notice the details, take pride in doing things well and reliably, and you know how to lead a team with warmth and clarity. Retail management and sales experience is a must. You\'ll collaborate closely with the owner and our Marketing & Operations Manager and be part of a team that genuinely loves this shop. This is a full-time position based at 179 Main Street, Northampton, MA, with a regular schedule including some evenings and weekend days. Some heavy lifting, going up and down stairs, and ladder work for visual merchandising is required. We offer competitive pay, paid sick time, paid vacation and a matching IRA after a waiting period.
