Job Description

Vice President of Business Development needed in Woburn, MA Seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader capable of driving revenue growth. This leader will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy and overseeing multiple sales teams across both residential and commercial business segments.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in sales management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or adjacent home services Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field. Key Responsibilities Revenue Growth & Strategy Build and communicate a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue targets. Clearly identify, track, and adapt marketing spend to optimize lead flow. Adapt strategy to account for seasonality and market challenges to ensure consistent target attainment. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against revenue goals. Partner cross-functionally with marketing and operations to align lead flow, sales capacity, and execution. Evaluate and refine pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning to maximize conversion and profitability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Salesforce Proven experience in project management, negotiation, strategic planning, and customer relationship management Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and tools.
